Job Description
Brook Street are seeking a Float Secretary/Administrator for a well established and successful client covering the following locations Havering, Colchester, Witham, Brentwood, Billericay, Chelmsford and Dunmow and Braintree.
Due to the nature of the role as this will supporting different locations you will full access to a car and a clean driving licence is essential for this role. A car allowance will be paid whilst providing cover at these locations.
This position is covering different locations including Havering, Colchester, Braintree & Dunmow therefore living in or around the Chelmsford area.
We are seeking to recruit a super-efficient, organised and flexible Secretary/Administrator to provide secretarial and administrative support. You will be providing support when required to our busy branch network within the A12 corridor.
You will possess good communication skills, be IT proficient and have audio and copy typing speeds in excess of 60wpm. You will be a fast learner, and have the ability and the personality to integrate quickly into our established teams. Estate agency experience is preferred however candidates from other secretarial backgrounds will be considered.
The working hours will be Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm the salary being offered is £18,000.
