Job Description

As a Floating support worker, you will be driving at work (Company Care Provided) from several different homes with a small caseload of care leavers, supporting them to sustain their tenancies, access mental and physical health services and engage with Education, Training and Employment (ETE) schemes; whilst promoting independence and social inclusion

Locations:
- EAST and NORTH LONDON AREAS

- £12 + Per Hour

- Flexible Shifts available Mon - Sun shifts 11am - 7pm, 9pm - 9am,

Requirements for the role:
- You will need an enhanced current Registered DBS on the updated service or a new one to be done
- MINIMUM 1 YEAR WORKING EXPERIENCE within young people`s setting preferably a residential setting
- A clean driving licence to drive company car


The Organisation provides warm caring family style homes for looked after children 16+ with emotional learning, social and behavioural difficulties who for reasons YP are unable to live at home with their family/Guardians. The settings are mainly semi-independent living, shared accommodation, support and care to vulnerable young people preparing to leave Care
