Floating Support Worker
Leamington Spa
£9 per hour + holiday pay + pension contributions

Are you looking for a floating support role?

Would you like to work Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm?

We are looking for an experienced Support Workers to offer floating support within the Leamington Spa area. We have on-going work available with a provider that offers floating support to vulnerable adults in their own accommodation that may have additional mental health needs, and be at risk of homelessness.

Your role will be to help offer support both in-person and over the phone. You will encourage them to live as independently as possible, support with maintaining their tenancy, employment advice and arranging appointments.

You are able to work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm within this role and will be required to travel within the Leamington Spa area.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of six months practical experience within the care sector.

Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential.
