Brook street are recruiting for an exciting opportunity based in Rugby to work on a long term on going temporary basis to start by the beginning of August.

This opportunity will be training as breakdown co-ordinator!

NEED TO SPEAKS FLUENT IN ENGLISH, FRENCH & ITALIAN!

Monday to Friday-

Need to be flexible as working on four rotating shifts throughout the month.

06:00 - 14:00
14:30 - 23:00
07:00 - 15:30
14:00 - 22:30

Payment: £ 23,500 + 6% shift premium (after training has been completed in the first 4 weeks)

Scope of the Job & Interaction
You manage breakdown cases to secure maximum uptime and keep customer and dealers informed about their case
You receive and accurately log customer requests within designated systems
You look for and negotiate solutions to resolve cases and if necessary escalate to the appropriate person
You organize the payment conditions in relation to the breakdown case
Establish if any contractual commitments exist relative to all vehicle breakdowns

Key responsibilities
Responsible for :
1. Handling the full breakdown process in the required languages for all products supported within the department and according to the procedures

Personal Profile
Essential educational and/or training qualifications
Bachelor (languages + Technical and/ or Logistic background as an asset).

Preferred
Basic skills in MS office applications
Willing to work in a shift system
