An exciting opportunity has become available at a popular Worcestershire Hotel seeking a Food and Beverage Manager. This is an exciting position which will be suited to an enthusiastic and driven individual keen to bring their own skills and knowledge to a busy and well-known hotel.
The successful applicant should have a warm, personable nature, can do attitude and an eye for detail. Our ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and be passionate about great service and a genuine desire to produce exceptional levels of guest care.
You will be improving operating standards in all F & B departments, ensuring consistently high standards of service and maximum guest satisfaction, controlling departmental expenses including cost of sales and wages in line with business levels, generating and implementing sales ideas, and training staff to up sell at every opportunity.
You will contribute to the design and update of food & beverage menus in liaison with the Head Chef focusing on appropriate food trends and customer preferences and oversee events and wedding taking place within the hotel.
Ideal candidates will have experience in all food and beverage departments including events and weddings with a full understanding of food and beverage revenue streams and controls, including Micros POS. You will have exceptional management, coaching and team building skills and be committed to the flexibility that comes with a demanding senior hospitality position.
Ideally you will have previous hotel experience and are looking for your next challenging role.
