Job title: Hotel Food and Beverage Manager
Hours: 5 days out of 7 including weekends
Location: Worcestershire

My client is a highly regarded and hugely successful Manor House Hotel set in stunning landscape gardens located in Worcestershire. They currently have a rare but exiting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager to join their award-winning team. The Hotel has a fantastic reputation for holding large events, weddings and functions, as well as weekend breaks and long, luxurious stays.

Food and Beverage Manager responsibilities:

" Improving operating standards in all F & B departments
" Ensure consistently high standards of service and maximum guest satisfaction
" Oversee events and wedding taking place within the hotel
" Controlling departmental expenses
" Training staff
" Contribute to the design and update of food & beverage menus

Food and Beverage Manager desired Skills and Experience:

" Previous hotel food and beverage supervisor or managerial experience
" Experience overseeing large scale events and weddings
" You will have exceptional management, coaching and team building skills
" Full understanding of food and beverage revenue streams and controls
" You must be flexible regarding hospitality working hours and possess exceptional customer service skills

The Food and Beverage Manager position offers a highly competitive salary up to £28,000 which is pending experience plus additional company benefits.
