The Company

The Role
Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager you will support with implementing the innovation and quality improvement agenda. You'll liaise with suppliers to ensure ingredients meet required specifications whilst working cross-functionally to drive product sales with the Innovation and Operations teams. You'll also ensure the transition of new concepts by attending factory trials guaranteeing an efficient handover from NPD to Production. In addition, you'll assist with risk assessments, customer codes of practice, TACCP/VACCP and driving the business agenda.

The Person
We are looking for a motivated and organised Food Technologist of graduate calibre who has worked in a similar NPD / Technical role preferably for food manufacturer. You'll have proven project management skills and an excellent understanding of all concept to launch aspects of NPD and an in-depth knowledge of technical requirements. In addition, you'll need to demonstrate confidence, great organisational skills and have fantastic attention to detail.
