Job Description

Our client based in Cardiff Bay are looking for an Administrator to join their busy team.

The hours are 37.5 per week, holidays 27 days plus 8 days bank holidays and an excellent pension contribution scheme.

You will be assisting in the provision of a comprehensive administrative support service. You will be collating information, maintaining the company database and producing information packs, documents and spreadsheets. You will be meeting and greeting visitors, dealing quickly and professionally with incoming calls. Supporting meetings and training events providing hospitality duties as required, plus much much more in this very busy and very rewarding role

You would need to have a least 2 years administration experience with superb people and communication skills along with a very confidential manner. If you are a Welsh speaker that would be the icing on the cake!!
