Are you an experienced Fostering Social Worker that is willing to take on a new challenge? Are you looking for a Part-Time position in the Ramsgate area? We are currently looking for a passionate and committed Fostering Social Worker who will ensure that our client receives an excellent, high-quality service. The ideal person will be able to support children, adults and families with effective management of complex cases ensuring safer care and drive agreed positive outcome.

- Supporting carers to provide stable long-term family experience for our children.
-Promote the highest standards of care and wellbeing for the children we look after.
-Ensuring excellent training and guidance is given to our carers.
-Ensuring safeguarding through the highest standard of supervision and underpinning your work with a sound understanding of legislation, policies, practices and procedures.

What the client needs from you:
- A degree in social work or equivalent.
-Experience of child protection (Essential)
-A Minimum of 2 years' experience as a social worker within children and family statutory services.
-Experience of family placement and/or PQ training would be an advantage.
-A Willingness to participate with on call arrangements across the whole Fostering CAPS
