This job requires the successful candidate to spot fraud on accounts and handle all calls in a professional manner. The role will also involve handling inbound customer calls and advising customers of their accounts and the next steps they need to take, this role involves providing expert investigative and advisory services by analysing, researching and evaluating financial crime so as to maintain, develop and implement compliance and legislative requirements to minimism financial loss to the company and the client.
