Job Description

Do you have Customer Service experience within an FCA regulated role? If so, my client based in Sheffield is looking for a Fraud Investigator to join their well-established team. Duties to include
" Undertake Fraud assessments on application and order referrals within SLA.
" Ensure that all customers receive the same high level of service and the principles of TCF are consistently adhered to.
" Liaise with relevant internal and external departments to ensure customer queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
" Prepare accurate documentation for the Police or departments to help with investigations.
" Ensure decisions and actions comply with company policies and consider the best interests of both the business and the customer.
" Comply with FCA and ICO regulations, where applicable
" Ensure that the customer and Company confidentiality is maintained at all times
" Ensure AML Policy and Processes are followed, and reporting is swift, accurate and compliant.
" To be committed to the fair treatment of customers at all times
" To comply with FCA regulations, where applicable
" Demonstrate behaviours in line with our Company values
" To take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and other persons who may be affected by acts and omissions at work

ABOUT YOU
" Experience of working within an operational fraud environment preferred.
" Good verbal communication and listening skills.
" Ability to use multiple sources of information to make informed, judgemental decisions.
" PC Literate.
" Experience of working in an FCA regulated environment desirable.
" Enthusiastic and committed team player with flexible and adaptable approach.
The role is subject to credit, DBS, financial sanctions and background / reference checks.
