We are delighted to be expanding our team with this fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity for a Freight Administrator to join us in Coventry

Job Title: Freight Administrator
Location: Coventry (CV2)
Salary: £8.97 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday anytime between 8am -6pm.
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

In this role you will provide support to the brokerage Department, by processing daily shipments and ensuring customs compliance in a timely and accurate manner.

Duties of the role :

- Customs brokerage
-Identify correct CPC code to use on customs entry from customers paperwork and make formal entry onto a customs system
-Manage group email inbox, liaising with customers directly via email and telephone
-Admin duties, including opening posting and filing

Candidates would need:
-Good qualifications in GCSE`S
-Experience in working in freight forwarding
-Great knowledge in Microsoft packages - excel, word, PowerPoint
-Very confident and good work ethic
-Customer service and admin experience
-Be able to work well in a team
Suitable candidates will be required to complete a one stage face to face interview (covid measures in place) before being offered an immediate start. We are able to offer fantastic working hours as well as free parking on site and plenty of room for progression in our company.
