My client who are a logistics and distribution company are seeking to recruit an additional team member who is able to identify discrepancies in parcel size ,weight and forms of packaging. They are looking for a quick thinker who can learn to spot irregularities.

They are currently looking for a Freight Auditor to work in their busy warehouse. Your main aim is to find incorrectly declared freight, log the details on our software package and re-issue labelling and packaging as required. Their freight is fast moving and you will need to be quick at spotting discrepancies as the parcels move from our vehicles to the sort cages via the conveyor at a fast pace.
Working closely with your warehouse colleagues will help you to identify incorrectly declared freight and assist you with reaching your targets. Equally at times you will be required to unload and sort to ease the smooth operation of the warehouse.
You will be paid an annual salary of £7507.50 which equates to £8.25p/h. You will also be earning commission on all the discrepancies you discover too ! Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 5pm-8:30pm
