Are you an experienced Freight Forwarding Export Clerk currently looking for a new challenge? Would you like the opportunity to work for a global market leader in the logistics industry?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Based at their central Liverpool office, you will have over 2 years experience in OFR Operations and export experience.
Your overall aim will be to ensure customer needs are met and ensure documents are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will be bring high quality operational processes that enable the company to build and develop customer relationships.
Day to day responsibilities will be:
Deal with end to end shipment activities, ranging from booking, invoicing and documentation.
Performing booking optimization according to the company's internal guidelines.
Preparing, controlling and distributing all export documents to counterparts which include supplier, consignee and carrier whilst complying with internal procedures and regulations.
Following up shipment statuses in the Export area, identifying incidents and ensuring there is always a resolution to the incident.
Taking responsibility for identifying performance issues of suppliers and then propose solutions to improve and correct performance.
To be considered for the role you must have export experience and also possess the following skills:
Good administration skills
Good interpersonal skills
Be results driven and bring good attention to detail
To prioritise and perform under pressure
Have an A-Level qualification or a broad GCSE level education.
