Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of our client in North Belfast who require a full time and permanent Administrator

The Freight/ Office Administrator will be an integral part of the team and will provide administrative support to departments within the company.

Duties will include:

General administrative duties
Working with clients and suppliers
Raising and sending invoices
Updating and maintaining client information
Communication via email and telephone
Helping to maintain and grow customer relationships.
Working to processes
Uploading information onto internal database
Scheduling appointments, meetings, ensuring diaries are kept up to date


CRITERIA

Previous administrative experience
Excellent communication skills
Be IT proficient

Salary 22-24k
