Investment Associate (For Direct Real Estate Investments)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Investment Associate to join a Global Investment Management Company based in London

Responsibilities:
o souring out opportunities in the UK and France.
o Reaching out to and negotiating with the sell side.
o Undertaking the financial analysis/pricing of deals.
o Drafting letters of intent with assistance of legal team.
o Overseeing legal and other types of due diligence's.
o Managing relationships with asset managers/brokers in UK and Paris and sourcing new opportunities.
o To be the link between the Agent and Company Management.
o Staying up to date on the evolution of markets in order to be the most accurate possible when underwriting assets and preparing quarterly market report and investment summaries.

Requirements:
o Degree from a top-tier university in a related subject such as finance, management, real estate, mathematics, etc.
o 2/3 years of work experience in Real Estate/Investment Banking/Private Equity/Advisory
o Excellent Excel modelling skills.
o Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
o Second language skills (preferably French)
o Attention to detail and ability to work independently
o Ability to speak to brokers and source new deals in the UK, France and the US
o Highly motivated and a self-starter
o Co-Star proficiency an advantage.

Salary: £30K to £43K based on experience
