Job title: French Speaking Call Support Coordinator
Hours: 37.5 Monday- Friday (6am - 8pm flexibility and rotations in place)
My client is a global communications organisation that offer excellent training and development opportunities. They are currently recruiting for a French Speaking Call Support Coordinator to join their team full time. The business has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.
To be successful in this role you must be fluent in both French and English.
Call Support Coordinator Clerk responsibilities:
" Consult and manage conference calls utilising your language skills
" Support the Service Delivery core areas communicating and consulting with customers via various methods (email, phone & social media)
" Identify conference requirements
" Book conferences on to the reservations systems
" Run the events and bookings
Call Support Coordinator desired Skills and Experience:
" You must be fluent in both French and English
" Experience of working in a customer focussed role
" Excellent communicator with the ability to multi-task
" Remain calm and professional under pressure
A written language assessment must be completed by each candidate to accompany their CV application for consideration. Any selected candidates will then need to complete a verbal language assessment prior to offers being made.
In return for all the above, plus your French language skills, you will be rewarded with a salary of £18,800 plus additional company benefits. If you have the ability to speak any other European language and pass the appropriate language assessment, your salary will increase to £19,800.
We are working towards a start date of 9th September for this position.
