Are you great at Managing Customers expectations ?
Then this could be a great opportunity for you!
My client is looking for an Italian speaking Customer Services Advisor to join their team in delivering exceptional customer service to business key stakeholders. You would be the point of contact for incoming sales enquiries by telephone, e-mail and "live chat". There would be some training to ensure you gain a basic level of product knowledge to be able to give the best customer service you can to our clients.
