We are currently recruiting for a reputable organisation based just outside Abingdon. They are looking to recruit French speaking Customer Service Advisors to support them during their busy summer period.
As part of their busy customer service team you would be handling enquiries via email and their instant messaging system for their French and English customers. You would be solving any queries that arise and providing solutions for customers relating to their bookings. This may include; processing payments, rescheduling bookings, cancellations and general enquiries.
You will be expected to work 37.5 hours a week across 7 days on a rotating shift pattern. A typical shift pattern would be Monday to Friday between 08:00 -19:00, plus alternating weekends Saturday and Sunday 09:00-17:30 with rest days during the week.
