We have a great opportunity for a customer service individual to join one of our reputable technology businesses in Milton Park, working as part of a supportive team, they are in need of brilliant people who are passionate and think differently.
What will you be doing as a Customer Service Executive?
- Manage questions & enquiries from customers via calls, emails & live chats
- Supporting the sales team with key customer requests
- Using Salesforce and internal CRM system
- Getting involved with team projects

Fluent at business level in French and English
Have a good knowledge of MS Office
Confident dealing with external customers
Have an interest in media/photography - not essential though
