French Speaking Customer Service - £17,000 - £19,000 - Shrewsbury
A fantastic opportunity to join a successful and expanding business in Shrewsbury and be part of a busy and vibrant Customer Service team.
We are looking for a conscientious and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in providing excellent Customer Service.
Fluent French speaking is essential within a commercial customer service background.
You will be dealing with customers over the telephone, email and web chat enquiries offering a friendly, efficient and professional services working with both the French and UK customers. You will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
ESSENTIAL: Fluent in French and English - Written and spoken
Duties:
" Handling customer enquiries
" Building strong and solid business relationships
" Tracking customer parcels and managing the escalation process when required
" Confidently up and cross-selling
" Recording customer data
