Job Description
French Speaking Customer Service, West London paying up to £27000
A French Speaking Customer Service is required for a luxury wall-covering design company located in West London.
The client has been gracing the walls of Sir Elton John's home and The Bellagio in Las Vegas to just name a few and is now in need of a French speaking customer service with outstanding communication and over 2 years of client care exposure with a keen interest in interior design and luxury products to join their vibrant showroom in London.
As the French Speaking Customer Service representative, you will need to be the primary contact point for all UK clients, work as part of the sales team, answer inbound/out-band sales calls and emails, process payments and quote pricing.
The ideal candidate MUST meet the following requirements;
- Excellent communication skills i.e. incomparable phone manner
- Excellent time management
- Practicable knowledge of French
- Excellent analytical and computer capabilities
- Over 2 years of customer service exposure
- High level of interest in interior design and luxury products
