Job Title - Front-line IT Support
Job Type - Permanent
Location - Hull
Salary - Dependant on experience!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with an IT Support background to join a well-established logistics company that is continuing to grow year on year.
Who you will be working for:
My Client is a well respected transport and logistics provider that's been established in the East Yorkshire area for decades.
What you will be responsible for:
Supporting the end users and systems within my client's organisation across multiple sites, providing front-line primary technical support and assistance on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, systems, peripherals, telephony and mobile devices, as well as responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets.
What experience is needed:
" Have a proven history in IT Support
" Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
" Strong communicator that can deliver high levels of customer service.
" Flexibility and be able to operate on your own.
" Willing to learn new skills and systems.
" Work well under pressure.

The working week will be Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 with a 1-hour lunch (flexi time available) pension scheme and 25 days Holiday excluding Bank Holidays
