Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a luxury beauty client as a front of house receptionist at their Colindale premises. This position is integral to the business as you will be the first point of contact for their customers, which can often include celebrities and reality stars.

Our client opened their first salon in June, 2017 in Colindale, London. Together, a sibling duo combined their competencies with the aim to create a first class service that enables their clients to feel gracefully beautiful and confident.
Our Client has curated a selection of the most advanced beauty, grooming and health-enhancing treatments, aiming to provide both men and women with real results. They pride themselves with a first class service, ensuring that all their clients feel pampered and well looked after from start to finish.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a relevant work history as a front of house receptionist, demonstrating managing a fast paced reception area and managing high profile customers and business contacts

You will have a clear and articulate telephone manner as there is a high level of customer contact. You will also have a genuine passion for luxury customer service as this is an exclusive beauty clinic providing a high end range of beauty services and products. You will be able to evidence on your CV that you can manage diary and booking systems, high volumes of calls and email responses. You will be familiar with a range of social media platforms as their customer base will often communicate through these methods and the business will also use these platforms to market themselves. You will also be required to provide administrative support on a day to day basis and therefore be an intermediate user of MS office systems, internet and email.

£17,000 - £22,000 with 30 days holiday including bank holidays, pension.
