FRONT OF HOUSE/RECEPTION/ADMINISTRATOR
GLASGOW CITY CENTRE
SALARY UP TO £21K

My client are seeking to find a Front of House / Reception/Administrator for a busy CITY CENTRE LEGAL PRACTICE.

I am currently seeking to find an experienced and highly motivated candidate to join the support services department in Glasgow. The role will be diverse and include the following responsibilities

General Switchboard and Reception
Archiving duties (Files, Wills, POA & Titles, liaising with Iron Mountain)
General meeting room duties
Copying and scanning of documents
To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by Manager

Other duties will include

General Despatch Duties
Opening and Sorting and distributing of all post including internal mail
Collection of post at set times during the course of the day
Making deliveries/collections
Messenger duties
Travel to Edinburgh may also be required to assist with Holiday and Sickness cover but this would be agreed in advance
Booking and Co-ordination of meeting rooms

The successful candidate will have experience working in an office environment, preferably a law firm, but not essential. You will be detailed and precise in your approach to completing tasks and must be able to prioritise and juggle a number of tasks at a tie. PC skills, ability to access PC based information, intranet, internet and external contractor`s database also required.
