Our Public Sector client based in Penrith are looking for a front of house administrator to join their team. This is a temporary role, until the end of June at the moment, with chance of extension.
Carrying out receptionist duties, the temporary worker will provide front-of-house support. Examples of duties will include:
? Greeting visitors complying with building security regulations
? Directing visitors to relevant points of contact
? Answering telephone queries
? Maintaining and updating electronic records
? Mail duties
? Collection of confidential waste disposal sacks from offices
? Setting up meeting rooms
? Moving deliveries using equipment provided
Monday - Friday 37 hours per week, £8.35 per hour.
