Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for a bright and confident candidate with at @6-12 months recent office admin/reception experience to join this unique company in SE1 near Waterloo and Southwark - it may well suit someone who has recently completed an apprenticeship and is now looking for a permanent job

The role will be to support the Front Of House Manager, who's current role is evolving, to provide excellent Reception/Front of House and Administration support across the company

You will be working in the office 5 days per week between 8.30 and 5pm ( 4.30 on a Friday) and therefore they would prefer candidates who can easily commute to their offices

They are looking for candidates who have ideally some front of house office experience already, who is used to working in an office environment and can happily commit to full-time office work 5 days per week

Your duties will include:
Meeting and greeting visitors
Managing and forwarding general phone calls
Managing the general email inbox
Maintaining office and kitchen supplies and placing orders
Sending out quotes to clients
Dealing with the post and couriers
Ensuring the Reception area is immaculate at all times


They are offering a salary of between £23000 and 25000.
