Job Description

Brook Street are excited to be working with an established financial service based in Newburn, Newcastle. My client is looking for a front of house assistant to join their front our house team on a 3 month temporary basis.

The Front of House role with my client is not classed as 'just' a receptionist. It is unlike any other company and any other role you may have experienced in the past. It creates an amazing opportunity for you to be part of something bigger whilst developing hospitality, front of house and administration skills.

The role

  • Greeting clients and visitors to office
  • Managing reception diaries and email inbox
  • Answering phones in professional manner and directing calls to appropriate departments or people
  • Dealing with day to day administrative duties
  • Setting up conference rooms for meetings or training sessions
  • Taking care of clients when they are in branch (refreshments, lunch orders ect)
