Brook Street are delighted to be working with a luxury hotel in Inverness who are known for their warm welcome and Scottish hospitality. Our client a four star hotel seeking an experienced Front of House Manager for their busy property with over 140 plus bedrooms and multiple Meeting and Event spaces. The Front of House Manager must be used to a busy working environment, ideally with Opera experience (but not essential) and good computer skills.

The Front of House Manager will manage, lead, develop and train a team of 3 direct reports who then in turn have their own teams covering Reception, Concierge and Nights. With excellent customer service skills you will be totally responsible for ensuring your departments both run smoothly and with great attention to detail.

You will ideally be a current Front of House Manager, Front Office Manager or Reception Manager looking for that next step. With experience within a branded hotels, you will have a passion for the industry, a great outgoing personality and excellent communication and influencing skills. You must have worked within hotels to apply for this role.

You will be working five days from seven including weekends on a shift basis as directed by our Operations Manager.
