My client is seeking a Front of house Receptionist/Admin for their Car Workshop in Fishponds, Bristol.
Responding positively to all customer telephone/face to face and email enquiries in a timely manner.
Keeping customers informed and up to date with their vehicle. Example, advising of completion times as well as any changes to the job and also getting back to the customer in a timely manner with any answers to queries they may have.
Meeting and greeting customers and completing the relevant process when they bring their vehicle in.
Dealing with bookings and appointments and ensuring they are managed efficiently. Liaising with the service manager to ensure workshop loading suits diary bookings.
Arranging customers drop off and collection requirements or arranging alternative courtesy transport where necessary.
Ordering parts from suppliers with regards to the jobs being carried out and ensuring we get the best price available.
Being confident with computer systems and being able to use different packages and websites to process jobs (1link/NSN/Master-serve) once shown.
Ensuring the office/reception/coffee area is clean, tidy and suitable for customers always.
Keeping customer details accurate and up to date.
Appropriately dealing with parts as and when they arrive.
Processing Warranty Claims.
Administration tasks such as office filing, mailshots,
Assisting with the Manager and Finance Manager where needed with admin/data entry.
A full and valid UK driving licence is essential
Hours = Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.30pm with a Saturday Morning rota
