Job Description

Ever want to only work in term time only? Then please read on........

Essentially you will be providing professional administrative and some financial support to the school ensuring the effective smooth running of the school front office/reception which is the first point of contact to students, visitors, staff and other stakeholders.

On a day to day basis you will be assisting with the admission process and liaising with 3rd parties including other parties ,staff ,parents and professional associations.

This is predominantly an administrative role and other duties include maintaining the school calendar ,communicating with Governors and liaising with transport. If you have knowledge of SIMs that would be beneficial but not compulsory. A sound working understanding of Word and Excel is needed for the role however.

You will also be involved with supporting the finance manager and ensure the office is supplied with appropriate resources.

This role is working term time only. You will be required to work 39 weeks of the year.
The hours are 8:30am-3:30am and the salary range is £15407- £16350
