Job Description

What will you need to do in return? You will be a Front line Experience Coordinator
- Your main purpose will be to assist the departments with general enquiries and support account managers with their premium accounts.
- You will be getting involved in answering calls, helping with queries, handling billing enquiries, assisting with the control and dispatch of hardware, managing faulty and replacement products.
- You will also be managing meetings and training days and organising catering and accommodation arrangements.
-Other ad hoc duties include keeping a track on the booking system reception mail and stationery
What experience will you need? We are looking for applicants with customer service experience or recent graduates. Excellent communication skills with English as a primary language along with good IT Literacy.
What is the salary? The salary range for this role is paying between £15-17K depending on your background.
