We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time customer services advisor to join a growing international manufacturing company.
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITHIN MANUFACTURING OR A SUPPLY TEAM REQUIRED
Role of a customer service advisor:
" Process new orders, complete contract reviews, acknowledge orders in a timely manner
" Communicate customer concerns to qualify team
" Log and complete requests for quote projects
" Consolidate shipments
" Manage lead times
" Deal with customers in a professional manner
Skills and competence:
" Good communication - Written and verbal
" Attention to detail
" Ability to learn and adapt
" Resilient
" Previous experience in customer services
" Experience in processing orders

The Ideal Candidate
" Experience in customer services within the manufacturing industry or a supply team
" Has strong IT system & communication skills
