Job Description

My client is looking for a Lead Engineer to develop a new division within the company. You will be currently working and have in-depth experience within a technical environment in the Gates & Barriers industry, with a desire to progress in your career. A role that guarantees to upskill you to the latest technology, embracing the exciting world of IP and involves you in all aspects of commercial and technical lifecycle supporting and working alongside an existing CCTV/Access engineering team.

Ideal Location
You will be living within the M25 or surrounding counties upon the south side of the UK giving you easy access via the M25 to the M1, A1M, M11, M3, M23 M4 corridors.

The Company works on a self-determined 'out-of-hours' policy which encourages good engineering and customer relationships.

Your profile & qualifications
" To be considered as loyal, dependable, reliable with integrity
" Personable with strong 'client facing' skills in communication and problem solving
" Good organisational skills, particularly in organising your own time, and maintaining high and recognisable standards throughout your own commitments
" A natural aptitude for electronics
" Good current working knowledge of PC/IP and digital technology would help
" Experience with a range of Gates and Barrier and Automatic Access Vehicle and Pedestrian products
" H&S compliance and awareness
" A naturally intuitive approach to fault finding
" A hunger to learn and excel in front of your customers and team
" Good administrative house-keeping
" Be a participator, not a commentator
" Equally comfortable working independently as well as able to be a team player with the ASM when required
" Happy to travel
