Job Description

Salary - £19,000 - £23,000 depending on experience
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday

A fantastic position has become available working for this well established, progressive and extremely friendly company. The staff are loyal here, the company rarely recruits and they look after their staff.

You will be working within the administration department where your duties will include answering the telephone, providing support to the purchasing and stock department, ensuring that debts are paid in a timely manner, chasing overdue invoices by telephone, email and letter, providing accurate advice on billing queries, responding to both customer and internal enquiries and all associated administration.

Ideally you will have some office experience and worked doing basic accounts in the past however this is not essential as the company will train. The most important thing is a confident telephone manner, a willingness to learn, flexible working attitude and a high level of attention to detail and initiative.
