Job Description

Are you experienced in the management of customer service operations? Capable of supporting & challenging the evolving way of thinking, based on experience, to drive performance?

This is an all-encompassing position with a recognized solutions provider where you will oversee the overall profit and loss of the contract as well as taking responsiblity for the day-to-day delivery of service to the client. You're already a natural visionary thereby inspiring, motivating & leading teams to deliver an excellent experience comes easily to you.

It's also important to ensure that all changes are sustainable & scalable to meet the evolving needs of clients. Management of strict KPI's is also second nature to you and delegating the necessity of targets to your teams will be accomplished in a clear and concise manner.
