A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to work in a brand new student accommodation site in Durham.
The successful candidate will deal with the overall management and delivery of all operational services, aligning multiple operational agreements, budgets and both College Operational Business Plans. They will be in charge of the development of business strategies, enhancing services, facilities and relationships.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior leadership role in either university accommodation, hospitality or retail environment with demonstrated track record of developing a team and delivering against objectives. Solid experience in operational management in a services environment. Operational understanding of asset management. An understanding of, and commitment to, equal opportunity principles and practices.
In return you can expect to receive a salary between 42,000-45,000 depending on experience, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) increasing with service, Day off on your birthday, Bupa medical cash plan, Group pension scheme and a fantastic working environment.
