I am currently seeking a General Manager to run a very beautiful Country House Hotel.
My client has owned this establishment for over twenty years and hosted guests from around the world who return year on year. The company ethos has always been about creating the perfect escape. Offering a centre of excellence from beautiful gardens to sumptuous rooms and not forgetting a first-class dining experience. Clientele return year on year, not just for the décor, grounds and cuisine but for the unforgettable service received from a team who excel in hosting and delivering impeccable service.

I am now looking for a GM who stands out from the rest, hospitality is your vocation and without doubt you understand and embrace what it takes to run a small country house hotel to a very high standard.

Do you have experience in front of house, food and beverage and housekeeping?
Do you have experience in service training, where do you stand with business development?
Do you have a good and transparent history as a people manager?
Do you like managing people?
Is food and drink of interest to you?
Do you have a knowledge of wine?
I want to know all about you and your aspiration in the hospitality world.
