General Operator

Temp to perm after 12 weeks
Stratford Upon Avon
Night shift 7pm-7am
Shift pattern 5 on, 2 off then 5 on, 3 off.
£13ph

Salary equivalent to over £37k if all shifts attended PLUS bonuses.

As a General Operator you will work as part of our client`s Production team. This role will involve being cross trained to work in all areas of production across all shifts as required.

Benefits:

Night shift attendance bonus £200 pcm.
Annual performance related bonus of 3% of your basic pay (half paid in July, half paid in December)

• Responsible for all aspects of Production of our products range.
• Follow daily production plan as outlined by your supervisor or production manager.
• Daily checking on material or equipment specifications and performance requirements.
• Participate in a cross-functional teamwork environment.
• Working with hand tools, Machines and Chemicals when trained, following all safety requirements.
• Ensure accurate completion of associated paperwork/records.
• Working on own initiative regarding process/methods.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Health and Safety General Rules & Procedures

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience in a physical role
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time

Must be physically fit as this is a manual role
