Our public sector client based in BT8 have a vacancy for a Band 3 General Practice Specialty Training Administrator
This post is available immediately and will be based at the offices, however due to current Covid restrictions staff are working a combination of in office and remote working until further notice.
In your new role, you will be responsible for providing general secretarial support. To produce information that is accurate, timely, relevant and well-presented using
various suitable software packages.Assist the Executive Officers with the preparation, organisation and set-up of all
activities undertaken by the Training team.
You are a good fit for this role, if you have previous experience in taking minutes, One year's experience of working with Microsoft
Office or similar
Our client will require the following qualifications to be considered for this role 18 months relevant experience or, 5 GCSE's (including GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths, Grades A* - C) or, equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy or, Higher Qualification
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £10.40 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
