We have a great opportunity for a customer service individual to join one of our reputable businesses in Abingdon on a contract role of 6 months. You will be working within a team and supporting the functions, ensuring excellent service is delivered at all times. You would need to drive due to rural location. They are offering a salary of between £18,000 and £20,000 per annum / pro rata depending on experience.

What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
-Answering emails & responding to messages
-Making outbound calls to operators & customers
-Assisting with any amendments or cancellations
-Inputting into a CRM systems

You should apply for this role if you are…....
-Fluent in both written and spoken English & German
-Articulate with good grammar for answering emails and responding to messages
-Excellent telephone manner
-Ability to multi task
-Good PC skills
-Ability to prioritise tasks
-Work on own initiative
-Confident
-Some experience in a customer service role (not necessarily on the telephone) would be useful but is not essential
