Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join an expanding company based on the outskirts of York.

Due to location you will need to have your own transport but there is lots of free parking directly outside of the office.

This is a really supportive team who will do their very best to make you feel at home.

You will be dealing with sales and delivery enquiries and so must be able to converse and write fluently in German.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for anyone with strong customer service skills, so if you have worked in Retail or Hospitality please give us a call.

Responsibilities:
o Answering customer queries over the phone, via email and ticketing system; you will be confident and creative in resolving customer issues in a friendly manner, on a wide range of products, in an agreed timescale.
o Processing customer returns/refunds, repairs or replacements of items.
o Liaising with couriers and using online portals to arrange deliveries, collections and resolve queries.
o Dealing with all associated administration

Working hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (37.hrs per week with 1 hour for lunch). Strictly NO WEEKENDS

Salary is dependent upon experience and attributes.
