Fluent in German and English and looking for a new part time job opportunity? My client is a global communications organisation with excellent training and development opportunities, providing a supportive working environment in modern, open plan offices.
Working as part of the multi-lingual European Customer Service team you will provide high-level customer service and Account Management support to maintain strong business relationships with customers, working to set SLA`s. You will aim to deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers always working to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI`s) and responding efficiently and effectively to all inbound customer communication via phone and email.
You will be fluent in both German and English and ideally have experience of working in a customer focus role. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle a busy and varied workload, remaining calm under pressure.
Our client is looking for someone to join them on a part time basis working 25-30 hours per week. The department work between 6am - 8pm and they are fully flexible with regards to which hours are worked over the 5 days.
