Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Customer Service German Speaking for a growing client of ours based in the heart of Chelmsford.

This client deals with business managers all over Germany. The successful candidate will be cold calling companies in Germany from a qualifies database to make appointments for the German Sales Team to visit them.

Within your role you will be booking visits in Germany for clients to gain new business.


We are searching for a candidate who can speak fluent German. Within this role you will have to also be motivated and has a focus attitude. Someone who can work under pressure in a team or as an individual.

This role includes the following responsibilities:
" Contacting prospective clients by telephone using the script and training provided to arrange quality appointments for business managers from data provided.
" Meeting personal targets. (based on how many appointments are being booked)
" Arranging and booking meetings.
" General admin duties: updating notes on systems, emails, filing, phone calls etc.

Working hours:

Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm
Friday- 8am-1pm

Salary: £17,200
