German speaking Chargeback Specialist

£23,500 Per Annum

Based in Caldecotte, Milton Keynes

Working 10am-7pm Mon-Fri and 1 Saturday a month.

It is ESSENTIAL that the right candidate is fluent in German, reading, writing and speaking.

This role is for a candidate who is a problem solver, it requires you to make detailed analysis of transactions, document actions taken such as making calls to merchants, cardholders, and others as appropriate.

Also being able to foster relationships with customers and be able to relate to them when on the phone.

The role is also going to involve research and resolution of customer chargebacks and other queries.

Another aspect of the role is to compile aggregate statistics on charge backs and identifying patterns and improving overall Customer Service.
