An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our client's expanding team. Based at a vibrant Head Office in Harrogate you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service and experience for our much-loved customers.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and driven individual who will make sure they exceed the company's customer expectations delivering high levels of service at all times through incoming and outgoing telephone calls, online chat, & email communications.
