Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a German Speaking Customer Service Assistant based in York. This is a great opportunity for a passionate individual to work for a growing company and progress within your career.
We are looking for a proactive, bright and empathetic person to join the team and provide first rate support and guidance to customers as well as support the running of the business.
A keen interest in Marketing and E-Commerce would be preferred.
You will be responsible for resolving cases with appropriate solutions.
You will need to be able to understand customers needs to resolve customer product related issues.
You will be responsible for increasing sales revenue within the company.
You will be dealing with customers over the phone and via live chat and email.
You will contribute to running the customer service department
You will accurately record customer details using computer based system.

Ideal candidate:
Speaker and writer of German as well as great working proficiency in English
Experience in delivering world class customer service
Able to work collaboratively
Team player
Strong problem-solving capability
Organised and able to multi-task
