We`re currently resourcing for German speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Slough based client!

Your role will entail but not be limited to the below duties -
- Managing customer questions and queries from around the world
- Using varied methods of communication via phone, email and web chat
- Investigating and delivering information regarding exciting launches and company developments including exciting upcoming events!

Requirements of the role -
- To be fluent in English and German as detailed above, both spoken and written
- Have good MS office skills, plus the ability to multi-task and priorities your workload to meet customer expectations whilst ensuring you respond to them within agreed service levels
- Be a good team player, who can share best practice and work together as part of a high-performing team
- Ideally, have customer service experience either in a contact centre or service industry
- Have a passion for different cultures and a thirst to learn and develop
- Be a brilliant relationship builder who can communicate with people of all ages

This is a temporary to permanent role on successful completion of the training period.

Working the hours of 37.5 per week between 7am and 20.15pm Monday to Friday with one Saturday or Sunday per month!
