I have a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is fluent in German Speaking/Reading and writing it is an investigative role for a financial client. Essentially you will be investigating potential credit card fraud based on information received from the fraud detection system. You will be contacting customers and merchants to obtain additional information on fraudulent charges.
You will be maintaining accurate and complete documentation of all information for your investigation.
Assist with the completion of the lost or stolen reports, you will be activating blocks on compromised accounts to prevent further loss and fraudulent activity and processing requests for credit card replacements.
