Are you fluent in the German language - both written and verbally? Have you worked in a role that requires written content within German?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working with a global known client in their office within the Liverpool city centre, you will be expected to communicate on behalf of the team in conjunction with regional and central communications departments alongside being comfortable in identifying trends and developments of best practices within social media platforms.

37.5 hours per week - In order to apply for the role, you must be flexible across a 7 day period and across 7am-7pm shift patterns. If required to work over the weekend, you would then only work 3 days the following week.

Day to day duties in this role include:

Provide support to agents in responding to customers on different social media platforms and create specific guidelines alongside updating knowledge databases.
Creating and scheduling relevant content.
Monitoring and reporting on the company's specific products and product reviews/influence on social media platforms.
Analysing and reporting of all social media activities.

MUST be fluent in the German language - both verbally and written.
Relevant experience in content - this could be within social media or experience of producing writing tasks in the German language.
Flexible in working shift patterns and across a 7-day period.
